Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of HR experience with demonstrated expertise in drafting and executing workplace policies and HR manuals, preferably within the US healthcare, RCM, or BPO/KPO sectors.
  • Solid understanding of local labor regulations, employee relations, and policy compliance audits.
  • Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and documentation skills with an eye for procedural detail.

Role Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive client acquisition across US healthcare practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty clinics. Working directly from our operations hub during US business hours, you will engage C-suite executives, practice administrators, and billing directors to demonstrate how MiraiCure's dedicated pods eliminate revenue leakage and accelerate cash collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing contracts with US-based medical practices and healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and RCM audit presentations with practice managers, CFOs, and clinical directors.
  • Partner with MiraiCure's operational teams to build tailored proposals, fee models, and ROI analyses.
  • Manage high-value deals through the complete sales pipeline-from initial outreach to contract signing.
  • Track market trends, payer policy shifts, and competitor positioning to refine sales playbooks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of closing B2B deals in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing services, or healthcare SaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct high-level consultative sales cycles with US healthcare executives and practice administrators.
  • Outstanding verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Must be comfortable working on-site aligned with US shift timings (EST/CST).

You will ensure 100% operational uptime, configure secure access channels to external billing software, and enforce strict HIPAA and data security protocols on our production floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise desktops, local servers, network switches, routers, and peripherals on-site.
  • Manage identity and access governance (Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, MFA, role-based access).
  • Deploy and support secure, encrypted network connections (Site-to-Site VPN, SSL-VPN, RDP) required to access hospital EHRs and clearinghouse portals.
  • Enforce endpoint protection, patch cycles, firewall rules, and USB/data-leakage prevention (DLP) to satisfy rigorous HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Provide fast-response hardware and software helpdesk support for on-site staff to prevent operational downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft 365 Certified).
  • 3+ years of on-site IT support or network administration experience within an enterprise or BPO/KPO setup.
